Digital Products

Once an order has been generated and sent via email, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. This applies because digital items cannot be physically returned. All purchases of digital items are final upon email delivery.

Customers are encouraged to contact us with any pre-purchase enquiries to avoid confusion. If you're unsure your code or map will work for your vehicle, get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm fitment.

Physical Items

Where physical products are sold, returns are permitted if all of the following conditions are met:

• Customers must cover return shipping expenses.
• Refunds process only after we receive the item.
• All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.
• Items must be unopened and in working order.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if items fail to meet these requirements.
