FSC CODES - MOTION MAPS

FSC code only — map files are not included. This product is the activation code (FSC) tied to your VIN that unlocks your iDrive to accept the MOTION map update. The map files themselves are not bundled here — you'll need to source those separately.

Once you receive your FSC code by email, the install procedure is:

1. Place your MOTION map files (sourced separately) onto a FAT32-formatted USB stick

2. Insert the USB into your car's head unit USB port

3. The iDrive will detect the new map data and prompt you to start the update — press Yes

4. When asked, type in the FSC code we sent you

5. Keep the engine running and let the iDrive finish — that's it

The FSC code does not go on the USB. The iDrive prompts you to enter it directly during the update.
